We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Customer Relations Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting property sales and leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property sales, leasing, and investment.

Build and maintain a robust client database of property owners, investors, and tenants.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze property trends.

Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and services.

Achieve sales and leasing targets set by management.

Prepare and present proposals, property presentations, and investment options to clients.

Negotiate and close deals with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.

Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants.

Support management with client reports.

Stay updated on real estate trends, new projects, and market rates.

Provide insights on client preferences, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

Suggest innovative ideas to enhance sales performance and client engagement.

Follow up post-sale or post-lease to ensure client satisfaction.

Manage lease renewals and client retention initiatives.

Foster ongoing relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree is must.

Proven experience in business development and customer relations, preferably in real estate, B2B, Banking and Insurance Sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and property management tools.

Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
