Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Business Development / Sales
Reports To: General Manager / Business Development Manager
Industry: MEP Contracting (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Business Development Executive – MEP Contracting

Summary:
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting tendering and project acquisition within the MEP contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and pursue MEP project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Research and track upcoming projects and tenders.
  • Prepare prequalification documents, proposals, and bids.
  • Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for tender submissions.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events to promote company services.
  • Achieve business growth and sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in MEP or construction business development.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, tendering, and project bidding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
