Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE
) to help drive growth for our software development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and support the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development services

Prospect and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels

Proven experience working on freelancing platforms like Upwork, PPH etc.

Strong proposal writing and client communication skills

Manage inbound and outbound leads and qualify opportunities

Maintain and update CRM with pipeline and lead information

Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience in the relevant field with strong skills in client relationship management and business growth strategies.

Strong communication skills

Build trust with clients and stakeholders
Nice to Have

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Qualifications
BS degree in
CS/IT, Business Administration
or any other relevant field.
