1. Business Development:
- Conduct market research and analyze client needs to identify new training opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, institutions, and government entities.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor the execution of training programs and ensure client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
2. Training Program And Material Development:
- Contribute to the design and updating of training packages based on market needs and client requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers and consultants to create professional, up-to-date training content.
- Develop presentation materials, trainee manuals, and trainer guides.
- Ensure all training materials comply with quality and accreditation standards.
- Evaluate training performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Propose new, innovative training programs that align with market trends and the centre’s strategic vision.
Skills And Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or training management.
- Knowledge of instructional design and training program development.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to collaborate with training, marketing, and design teams.
- Professional development and participation in training conferences.
- Dynamic and innovative work environment.
