1. Business Development:

  • Conduct market research and analyze client needs to identify new training opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, institutions, and government entities.
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor the execution of training programs and ensure client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.

2. Training Program And Material Development:

  • Contribute to the design and updating of training packages based on market needs and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with trainers and consultants to create professional, up-to-date training content.
  • Develop presentation materials, trainee manuals, and trainer guides.
  • Ensure all training materials comply with quality and accreditation standards.
  • Evaluate training performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Propose new, innovative training programs that align with market trends and the centre’s strategic vision.

Skills And Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or training management.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and training program development.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to collaborate with training, marketing, and design teams.
  • Professional development and participation in training conferences.
  • Dynamic and innovative work environment.

Language required : Arabic, English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
