Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the garments and textile sector.
- Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Meet potential clients and present company products/services effectively.
- Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage end-to-end business development cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
- Gather market intelligence and identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Garments/Textile industry.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Strong B2B sales experience with proven track record of achieving targets.
- Existing client network/list of clients in the garments or textile sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
- Experience working with export houses, buying agents, or apparel manufacturers.
- Knowledge of textile production processes, fabrics, and supply chain.
