Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the garments and textile sector.
  • Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
  • Meet potential clients and present company products/services effectively.
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage end-to-end business development cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Gather market intelligence and identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Garments/Textile industry.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Strong B2B sales experience with proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Existing client network/list of clients in the garments or textile sector is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with export houses, buying agents, or apparel manufacturers.
  • Knowledge of textile production processes, fabrics, and supply chain.
