Business Development Executive

Our organization is seeking a professional and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and a solid understanding of business development within the IT or software industry.
The role includes working on international leads from the USA, UK, Canada, and Dubai, and having familiarity with freelance platforms such as Upwork will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Work on international leads from USA, UK, Canada, and Dubai
• Communicate professionally with clients through calls, email, and WhatsApp
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle follow ups
• Contribute toward achieving monthly business targets

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development or Sales in a software house is preferred
• Familiarity with Upwork or similar freelance platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident personality with good negotiation and presentation abilities
• Basic understanding of web and mobile application development services
• Fresh to mid level candidates may apply

Karachi, onsite and remote both options available
