Job Description

We are hiring a Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive for our manpower supply company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, promoting manpower services, and achieving monthly targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Generate leads, visit clients, and present company services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote manpower supply services through various marketing and sales channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the operations/recruitment team to ensure timely manpower deployment.
• Manage client requirements, handle queries, and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience (manpower supply experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE market and relevant industries.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
