1. Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Expand the client database by registering new companies and key contacts.
  • Reach decision-makers to secure introductory meetings and present our services.
  • Convert qualified leads into business opportunities, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Maintain the Chances List and CRM updated weekly.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Support in building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships with clients, designers, and brand partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of our corporate portfolio.
  • Assist in client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

3. Commercial Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Estimation Team to prepare and propose pricing for management approval.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations under the guidance of the BD Manager.
  • Ensure commercial clarity at project handover and assist in contract finalization.
  • Support payment follow-ups and report on commercial project outcomes.

4. Strategic & Marketing Support

  • Contribute to marketing and communication initiatives, including events, fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Participate in networking events outside normal working hours as required.
  • Support management on special projects related to strategic business goals or new market development.

5. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Contribute to the achievement of monthly and annual sales KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Work closely with internal departments to align project capacity and delivery timelines with new business wins.

Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture (or related field).

· 2–3 years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English. (French is a plus).
