Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: Fresh to 1 year

Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Human Capital Management industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to company growth.
• Generate leads through market research and networking efforts.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
