We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and converting hot leads. This role involves timely follow-ups via phone and email, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and qualify hot leads provided.
- Conduct timely follow-ups through calls and emails to maintain engagement.
- Clearly communicate our services and value propositions to potential clients.
- Build strong rapport and trust with prospects to understand their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in CRM tools.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality and client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email communication platforms.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: 9pm-6am
