Role Summary
An Immigration Advisor responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals and families navigating the immigration process. Your primary role will involve assessing client needs, offering tailored immigration solutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering comprehensive assistance throughout the immigration journey, from initial consultation to successful settlement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough counselling's with clients to understand their immigration goals, background, and eligibility.
- Assess clients' qualifications for various immigration programs, including skilled worker, family sponsorship, student visas, and others.
- Guide clients through the preparation and submission of required documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates on their immigration status.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as legal advisors, administrative staff, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences and adherence to company policies.
- Follow up with candidates for their installment payment and other fee submission.
- Handle student calls & walk-ins.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Understand student profile.
- Counsel and guide aspiring candidates.
- Candidates conversion to meet revenue and targets for the company.
- Maintain appropriate student records in the enrolment system.
- Being accessible and available to candidates to respond to their queries, questions and concerns.
- Demonstrating and presenting different schemes and packages.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, applications, and relevant documentation.
Education :Graduate
Experience: 1 Year & Above

Special knowledge, abilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (law, international relations, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience as an immigration advisor or consultant,
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities,
- Familiarity with immigration software and case management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
