Business Development Executive
About the Role
Sharp Brains is a global IT services company working across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us grow our client base, build relationships, and support our sales pipeline for IT field services and remote support solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify new leads and potential clients in international markets
- Reach out through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest
- Manage follow-ups and keep prospects warm
- Support proposal preparation, quotations, and client documentation
- Work closely with the sales and service delivery teams to understand customer needs
- Maintain CRM and track all ongoing opportunities
- Assist in building long-term relationships with clients and partners
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with international clients
- Ability to research markets, build lead lists, and handle outreach
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of IT services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
