Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Upwork, and CRM tools. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email campaigns, and other online channels
- Craft and execute effective email marketing campaigns for outreach
- Manage Upwork proposals, client communication, and project bidding
- Maintain and update leads, pipelines, and activities in the CRM system
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare reports on lead generation, outreach performance, and conversions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development in the tech or digital services industry
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email marketing tools, and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to understand technical services (Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS, IT Solutions)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
