Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and monitor all leads coming from Meta, WhatsApp, and online ads.
- Respond to leads quickly and record all details accurately in the system or CRM.
- Check and qualify leads based on given criteria, then forward them to the sales team.
- Keep track of every lead from start to finish — New → In Process → Matured → Closed.
- Make cold calls to new prospects and potential customers to create interest and generate leads.
- Follow up with old or inactive leads to bring them back into the process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and conversions.
- Share feedback and suggestions to improve lead performance and results.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Must have prior experience in cold calling, lead management, telesales, or CRM handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple leads at once and keep records organized.
- Positive and target-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience working with EPC companies or importers, especially those dealing in solar products.
- Background in trading solar panels such as LONGi, Jinko, and Canadian Solar is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in solar companies with a strong focus on telesales, cold calling, sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
