We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role involves identifying potential clients and developing new business opportunities. The position offers a contract-based start, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client outreach and market research.
- Achieve and surpass designated sales goals and performance indicators.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Meet and engage potential clients in person to create new business opportunities and represent the company during meetings, client visits, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B) in digital marketing is preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, SEO, web development, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and focused on achieving set goals and targets.
- Must own a personal bike for client visits.
