We're expanding rapidly and looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to help us acquire international clients and grow our agency’s presence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Business Development Executive with experience in freelance marketplaces, cold email outreach, and LinkedIn lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Bark, LinkedIn & other platforms
• Manage Cold Email campaigns and client outreach automation tools
• Execute LinkedIn Outreach using personalized connection strategies
• Develop strong business proposals, cover letters, and follow-up messages
• Maintain and organize lead tracking, CRM updates, and weekly reporting
• Schedule meetings, intro calls & demo sessions with potential clients for PPC Fly
• Build long-term relationships with international clients (US, UK, UAE, CA, AU)

Requirements

✔ Proven experience in Lead Generation & Client Acquisition for Digital Marketing or Service-Based Agencies

✔ Expertise in Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, etc.

✔ Strong command of written and spoken English (Fluent & Professional)

✔ Experience in writing effective cold emails and outreach messages

✔ Knowledge of PPC, Google Ads, Digital Marketing is a huge plus

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
