Urban Scholar Education Centreis seeking a dynamic and driven Business development executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, customer engagement, and sales. The selected candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students, managing leads, and contributing to the centre’s overall growth through effective counselling and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents, introducing them to Urban Scholar’s academic programs.
- Promote our educational courses and provide personalised counselling to assist students and parents in selecting the right programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Support marketing activities including social media promotions, email outreach, and offline campaigns.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Urban Scholar’s courses to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance sales and student engagement.
- Maintain accurate client records and share timely updates and reports with the management team.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in an international call centre or education-related environment.
- Excellent command of English (mandatory); Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally.
- Good organisational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Bachelors degree
