Urban Scholar Education Centreis seeking a dynamic and driven Business development executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, customer engagement, and sales. The selected candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students, managing leads, and contributing to the centre’s overall growth through effective counselling and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents, introducing them to Urban Scholar’s academic programs.
  • Promote our educational courses and provide personalised counselling to assist students and parents in selecting the right programs.
  • Convert leads into enrollments and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Support marketing activities including social media promotions, email outreach, and offline campaigns.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Urban Scholar’s courses to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance sales and student engagement.
  • Maintain accurate client records and share timely updates and reports with the management team.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in an international call centre or education-related environment.
  • Excellent command of English (mandatory); Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Good organisational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelors degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
