We’re looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help expand our footprint in the IT services market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online channels.
  • Utilize lead generation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) for prospecting.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to decision-makers in relevant industries.
  • Business Development & Sales Support
  • Generate business opportunities for staff augmentation and custom software development services.
  • Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to build strong relationships.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline information.
  • Marketing & Proposal Management
  • Support email marketing campaigns with compelling copy and targeting.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and bid responses on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Work closely with the technical team to draft customized solutions for client requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Maintain post-sales engagement to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct competitive analysis and track industry trends in the IT services & staffing domain.
  • Identify new markets and customer needs for business expansion.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years in BDE, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles within the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and staff augmentation models.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, bidding portals, and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to draft professional proposals and client presentations.
  • Strong market research & analysis skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Good presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in working with international clients (US, UK, EU, Middle East, etc.).
  • Understanding of IT market trends, software development lifecycles, and outsourcing models.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
