Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team . The ideal candidate will work closely with our US branch during night shift hours, focusing on client engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Edu-Tech solutions and programs to potential clients (B2C).
- Identify and generate new leads, build relationships, and convert them into opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Education/Technology sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably for the US market).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently during night shift hours (aligned with US operations).
