Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will focus on client engagement, sales growth, and market expansion for our India operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Edu-Tech solutions and programs to potential clients (B2C & B2B).
- Identify and generate new leads, build relationships, and convert them into opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, school visits, and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in Sales (preferred), however motivated freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
