Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Upwork Specialist

Location: Chandigarh

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Salary:Upto ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience working on Upwork. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the platform, including bidding on projects, client communication, and project acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant web development and mobile application projects on Upwork.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate recurring business.
  • Create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Understand client needs and communicate project requirements with internal teams.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Meet monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience working on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork’s bidding system, client communication, and proposal strategies.
  • Knowledge of web development and mobile app projects to effectively bid and communicate with clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
