As a Business Development Executive, you will handle international calls, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Client Acquisition
- Make outbound international calls to potential clients and investors.
- Present the company’s share market trading services and investment solutions professionally.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert prospects into active clients.
Business Development
- Identify new markets and opportunities across global regions.
- Build relationships with potential partners, investors, and clients.
- Maintain long-term business relationships and act as a point of contact.
Sales & Communication
- Explain product features, benefits, and trading processes in a clear manner.
- Handle client queries with confidence and maintain a high standard of service.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Reporting & Coordination
- Update all client interactions, lead status, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and client experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to business performance.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Any stream).
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in International Calling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Broking/Investment Sales.
- Experience in a Share Market / Stock Market / Broking environment is an added advantage.
Communication Skills
- Excellent English communication (international calling level).
- Confident, clear, persuasive voice.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with international clients.
Sales Strength
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic personality.
- Comfortable handling high-value clients and sales pressure.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and online platforms.
- Ability to understand stock market products and client needs (training provided).
