About the Role
MUBBITS PVT LTD is growing fast, and we are looking for a Business Development Executive who will directly bring in new clients and help expand our revenue. This role is essential for driving new business, building strong relationships, and securing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in new clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, referrals, and direct leads
- Generate consistent new business for the company
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients (USA, EU, Middle East)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify profitable segments and opportunities
- Work closely with the CEO and project managers to align strategies and close deals
- Maintain professional communication across all channels
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (IT preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience generating leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold emails, or outreach tools
- Understanding of software development services (mobile apps, websites, SaaS, etc.)
- Target-driven mindset with confidence in closing deals
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bonus: Experience in writing proposals and giving product demos
