Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
- Promote the company’s training programs to individuals and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.
- Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including events and campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up for deal closures.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the training or education industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and client management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
