We are a growing training and professional development organization committed to delivering high-quality learning solutions to individuals and corporate clients. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
  • Promote the company’s training programs to individuals and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.
  • Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including events and campaigns.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up for deal closures.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the training or education industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and client management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
