Job Title: Business Development Executive – Interior & Fit-Out

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the interior and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through effective sales and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads within the interior and fit-out sector.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients and upcoming projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and company presentations.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for pricing and submissions.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Monitor market trends and upcoming fit-out opportunities.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out business development or sales.
  • Valid driving license for client visits and site travel.
  • Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out products.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong market awareness and ability to build industry connections.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
