Job Title: Business Development Executive – Interior & Fit-Out
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the interior and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through effective sales and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads within the interior and fit-out sector.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients and upcoming projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and company presentations.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for pricing and submissions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and upcoming fit-out opportunities.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out business development or sales.
- Valid driving license for client visits and site travel.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out products.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong market awareness and ability to build industry connections.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
