Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist who can aggressively chase new opportunities, generate qualified leads, and bring tangible business growth.

  • Identify new business prospects daily and build a strong pipeline
  • Actively reach out to CEOs, founders, and decision-makers
  • Run aggressive outreach through LinkedIn, email, and professional platforms
  • Pitch companies' services confidently and convert conversations into leads
  • Schedule and set up sales calls, demos, and follow-up meetings
  • Maintain high activity levels: outreach, follow-ups, and prospect engagement
  • Track leads, conversations, and conversions in a structured manner
  • Represent the company professionally and confidently in all internal and external interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong lead-generation experience (IT services preferred)
  • Confident in speaking with CXOs and high-level leadership
  • Excellent persuasion, communication, and closing skills
  • Strong LinkedIn presence and hands-on outreach expertise
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Experience in business development, client acquisition or sales outreach
