Business Development Executive – Timelapse Services (Pvt) Ltd

Location: Giga Mall, World Trade Center, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Timelapse Services (Pvt) Ltd (TimeLapseME) is a leading provider of Visual Progress Monitoring and AI-powered construction analytics. We work with real estate developers, contractors, infrastructure teams, and industrial clients to deliver real-time site visibility using our Timelapse systems and ProgressCenter™ platform.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support our growth and expand our client base across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new clients in construction, real estate, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and site visits.
  • Present and demonstrate TimeLapseME solutions to potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Follow up with prospects and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain client relationships and support account management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for client onboarding and project deployment.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and weekly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (construction/tech industry preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to meet targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Self-driven, confident, and comfortable with field visits.
