JOB DESCRIPTION :
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the education industry.
Manage a team of sales representatives who are responsible for selling education products and services to schools, universities, and other educational institutions.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the education industry, such as school administrators, Directors and Principals.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Negotiate with educational institutions and ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that products and services meet the needs of the education market.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to senior management.
SKILLS:
Strong sales skills and experience in selling education products and services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the education industry
Leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating a sales team Negotiation skills to close deals and contracts with educational institutions
Proficiency in using sales software and tools, such as CRM systems and sales forecasting software
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage sales activities, reports, and deadlines
Knowledge of the education industry and market trends
Customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
