Regency Fleets is a leading car rental and leasing company in Qatar, serving both corporate and government sectors. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with strong sales skills and experience in tender preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the rental and leasing sector.
• Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and proposals for corporate and government clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of contracts and onboarding of clients.

Requirements

• Must be locally available in Qatar.
• Ready to join within one month.
• Proven experience in sales or business development (automotive, leasing, or rental industry is a plus).
• Knowledge of tender preparation and submission processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid QID with transferable visa.
• Qatar driving license is an advantage.
