Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lahore
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Business Development / Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to business clients in the US market
  • Present and promote company services in a clear and professional manner
  • Identify, qualify, and record potential business leads accurately
  • Schedule follow-up calls and transfer qualified leads to the sales team
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead targets
  • Collaborate with team members to refine calling scripts and strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, telesales(preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, persuasive tone
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into leads
  • Comfortable working during 7pm-4am
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's or above
