We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Ayura Ayurvedic Healthcare. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and proven experience in generating new business opportunities, especially through corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure corporate partnerships, insurance collaborations, and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, wellness companies, HR departments, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Drive patient footfall through strategic outreach, onsite activations, and wellness programs.
  • Develop business growth strategies for Ayurveda therapies, wellness packages.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and regular performance reports.
  • Travel for client meetings and partnerships (valid driving license is mandatory).

Requirements

  • 2–3 years proven experience in business development within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, wellness services, and corporate health programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is a must
