We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1+ year of experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and cold outreach to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold emails, and other outreach channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Project Management) to support sales initiatives.
- Prepare and share business proposals, pitch decks, and basic RFP responses.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on progress and results.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT/software services or outsourcing.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Upwork, and cold outreach methods for lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and meet sales targets independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
