We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, outreach, and content creation. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and creating engaging content to support business development campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach
- Identify, research, and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and industry platforms.
- Execute targeted lead-generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Manage outbound outreach campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups).
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory calls or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain updated records of leads, conversations, and conversions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team for handover of qualified leads.
Content Creation
- Create engaging and compelling content for lead-generation campaigns, including:
- Email sequences
- LinkedIn posts
- Outreach messages
- Landing page content
- Brochures and pitch decks
- Develop industry-relevant content aligned with company branding and communication strategy.
- Work with marketing to plan and execute content-driven outreach campaigns.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client-specific pitches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Participate in client calls and internal meetings when needed.
- Track outreach performance and provide insights for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or B2B outreach.
- Experience in content creation for outreach or marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and lead-generation platforms (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.).
- Strong research skills and ability to identify and engage potential clients.
- Creative thinking with strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to meet targets and manage time effectively.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in IT, SaaS, or tech services industry.
- Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and outreach strategies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and social media content planning.
