Business Development Executive

Location: Federal B. Area Karachi • Full-Time • Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM)

Digifinix is a digital marketing agency specializing in Local SEO, Google Ads, and Website Design. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us identify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Discover and generate leads through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, and similar platforms.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and DMs.
• Qualify potential clients, understand their needs, and convert warm leads into sales.
• Manage the full business development pipeline—from lead sourcing and outreach to follow-ups and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the internal team to understand our services and communicate them effectively.
• Meet monthly sales targets and support the company’s growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates can apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident when interacting with international clients.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training provided).
• Motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• Comfortable working the 7 PM – 4 AM shift for the US market.
