Job Overview
Gubloo Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is a fast-growing and dynamic technology and staffing solutions company specializing in delivering tailored business services to U.S.-based clients. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales and communication operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective companies to expand business opportunities
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and qualify leads
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and professional sales scripts
- Schedule meetings and maintain consistent follow-ups with decision-makers
- Support sales operations, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records of communication and lead progress
- Contribute to sales strategy and pipeline development
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduates preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Communication
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and negotiation skills
- Ability to draft professional emails and outreach scripts
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads
- Strong analytical and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with B2B outreach or international clients
- Experience in lead generation or appointment setting
- Understanding of sales reporting and basic tools
- Goal-oriented with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
