Infinitum Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. are seeking a proactive and self-driven Business Development Executive with strong B2B and foreign client experience to engage international customers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in international outreach, lead generation, proposal development, and managing early-stage client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve international business growth and sales targets.

2. Identify, research, and qualify high-potential international B2B opportunities in target markets (US, UK, Middle East) by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and leveraging LinkedIn, CRM tools, and virtual networks.

3. Monitor and analyze sales and market data to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities

4. Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls, and schedule discovery meetings with prospects for engineering design and BPO services

5. Build and manage strong relationships with international clients, offering tailored solutions.

6. Coordinate internally with teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood.

7. Maintain accurate CRM pipelines, lead databases and follow-up cycles

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree; 2–4 years of international BD experience

2. Familiarity with CRM and AI tools

3. Prior experience of working with foreign clients

4. Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work independently with minimal instructions

6. Research-oriented, fast learner with strong initiative

7. Target Markets: US, UK, Middle East
