Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible to grow the sales of composites and advanced materials (Carbon fibre, prepregs, multiaxial NCF fabrics, Epoxy Resin, adhesives, and coatings, and vacuum infusion)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue in composites and advanced materials.
- Identify and pursue new clients, projects, to support the sales of composites materials.
- Provide on-site support, advises, and troubleshooting for clients across multiple industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to raise awareness and adoption.
- Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, bids, and negotiations.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, technical support, and marketing campaigns.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts and contractors.
- Act as a brand ambassador, positioning the company as a preferred partner in advanced materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in composites/advanced materials industries.
- Strong knowledge of epoxy systems, adhesives, coatings, structural foams, carbon/aramid reinforcements, prepregs, sprints, and autoclave technologies.
- Proven track record in sales/business development with technical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
