Business Development Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Upwork Bidder & Business Development Intern. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in social media marketing, email marketing, and internet research. The selected candidate will work closely with our experienced team to learn the art of client acquisition, proposal writing, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Draft compelling and customized proposals to win client projects.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and establish relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for client acquisition.
• Assist in managing email marketing campaigns to reach and engage prospective clients.
• Support social media marketing efforts to promote company services.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and email marketing.
• Strong internet research skills to identify suitable opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
