Primary Job Description To generate sales and expand market presence for electrical products through lead generation, client acquisition, and dealer/customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new customers, dealers, contractors, and project clients. • Generate leads through calls, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms. • Promote company electrical products and explain features, specifications, and advantages. • Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial offers. • Coordinate with technical and production teams for customized requirements. • Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets. • Build long-term relationships with distributors, consultants, and contractors. • Track sales pipeline, orders, and collections in CRM / ERP. • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.

Skills & Qualification Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Business. • 2–5 years’ experience in electrical product sales (switchgear, cables, panels, lighting, etc. or similar products). • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. • Target-driven and self-motivated. • Experience in dealer/channel sales is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,713.26 - ₹34,738.62 per month
