The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business partnerships. The ideal candidate will proactively explore new markets, support revenue expansion, and contribute to the organization's competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations, communicating effectively in English to articulate value propositions.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and close business deals that align with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to support lead-generation campaigns and market expansion strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 yeas proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
