Business Development Executive

* Proven experience (2+ years) in business development or sales in the manpower supply or recruitment industry, preferably in the UAE.

* Strong understanding of staffing solutions and manpower outsourcing.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

* UAE driving license is Mandatory

* Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
