Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth through strategic outreach, lead generation, and meaningful client engagement. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, prospect across multiple channels, present tailored software solutions, and help expand Code UpScale’s reach across global markets.

Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to understand client challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.



Lead Generation & Outreach

Generate leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

Execute targeted LinkedIn lead generation campaigns using advanced filters and outreach tools.

Identify and connect with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across tech, healthcare, logistics, and enterprise sectors.

Craft personalized connection and follow-up messages aligned with Code UpScale’s voice and value proposition.

Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence and professional network.



Client Engagement & Sales Support

Build strong relationships with new clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.

Present Code UpScale’s services, portfolio, and capabilities to prospective clients.

Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and requirement discussions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Negotiate terms and close deals with a focus on win-win outcomes.


Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with marketing, outreach, project managers, solution architects, and engineering teams.

Align outreach messaging with current campaigns, case studies, and portfolio updates.

Track and report lead generation performance, pipeline progress, and outreach KPIs.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.


Job Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Business Development, LinkedIn Outreach, and B2B Lead Generation.

Strong understanding of software development, outsourcing models, and technology services.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales KPIs, lead targets, and growth objectives.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach automation platforms.

Excellent English communication skills, especially in writing personalized outreach messages.

Strong grasp of B2B sales funnels, prospecting workflows, and buyer personas in the tech industry.

Proactive, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
