The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications
Fragrance industry experience would be a huge advantage.
Proven sales experience is mandatory. B2B knowledge is essential or fragrance experience.
Must have both written and spoken English and be able to do so fluently.
Arabic spoken is essential.
Have an ability to build strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Candidate should have a background in dealing directly with customers. A passion for fragrance and learning new skills is essential.
Your role is to create leads, promote and sell our product using your ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Capacity to not only work with given targets but achieve them is crucial.
You should be outgoing, confident, well presented and have good interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be able to fulfill the following criteria in order to progress through the recruitment process.
At least three years’ experience of delivering high standards for business-to-business company
Strong business skills, be able to demonstrate an ability to work with and achieve given targets.
Write/provide reports to management on demand.
Candidate should be able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
Develop strong sales strategies and relationships that lead to achieve sales target
Flexible with your working hours to suit customer needs and business demands.
Initially you will be office based; we will give full training on our product.
Must hold a UAE driving license.
