Job Title: Business Development Executive

Promotion in 6 months to 'Team Lead' role based on performance and experience.

Number of positions: 3

Ideal candidate:

Candidates with 2 to 5 years of Business Development experience in the EdTech/ upskilling/visa counseling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work jointly with the internal team to drive business development strategy.
• Counsel interested candidates by making outbound calls.
• Handle customers in a calm, empathic & patient manner, along with strong sales persuasion skills.
• Keep all reporting formats, CRM, etc., updated regularly.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Product Development teams.
