Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can drive qualified leads, close clients, and expand Goodfaith Staffing’s global presence. The ideal candidate understands the software industry, has proven experience in staff augmentation sales, and knows how to generate business through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Run mass email outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly.ai, Salesforce, and similar platforms.

• Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach to book meetings with decision makers.

• Identify and close clients through Upwork by creating winning proposals and maintaining strong profiles.

• Generate consistent business for software development and staff augmentation services.

• Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close clients confidently.

• Work closely with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through multiple channels.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development for software houses.

• Proven success in generating clients for staff augmentation services.

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and Upwork based lead generation.

• Hands on experience with mass email outreach tools such as Instantly.ai, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Confident on calls, presentations, and client facing communication.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Self driven, organized, and target oriented.
