We are the official authorized service centre for major lighting and AV brands, including Clay Paky Lighting and MA Lighting in the Middle East. Our services ensure operational reliability for clients in the events, entertainment, broadcast, and corporate sectors by providing expert repairs, scheduled maintenance (including Annual Maintenance Contracts), genuine spare parts, and custom technical fabrication.
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, primarily by securing new Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements, and promoting the company’s specialized repair, parts supply, and technical fabrication services to high-value B2B clients across the UAE and GCC. This is a technical B2B sales role requiring a proactive individual who understands the value of service reliability in the professional AV industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service and Contract Sales:
- Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for AV, lighting, rigging, and communication equipment.
- Target key sectors including event companies, rental houses, hotels, conference centres, theatres, and broadcasters.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding targets for service contract signings and parts supply sales.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to propose customized service solutions (preventive maintenance, repair coverage, spare parts packages).
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with technical and procurement decision-makers (e.g., Technical Managers, Operations Directors).
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and securing contract renewals and expansions.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates using the company CRM system.
3. Technical Knowledge and Proposal Development:
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the technical service offerings, including fault finding, diagnostics, power distribution fabrication, and cable assembly services.
- Create compelling proposals, service agreements, and quotations for complex repair and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and accurately scoped.
4. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a technical discipline is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B service sales, specifically within the professional Audio Visual (AV), Lighting, Events Technology, or Industrial Services industry in the UAE/GCC.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience selling technical services, maintenance contracts, or specialized spare parts, rather than just event production services
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong aptitude for understanding technical equipment (e.g., lighting consoles, video switchers, audio processors).
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing a large territory and pipeline.
- Logistics: Valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing contacts within the Technical Operations or Procurement departments of major hotels, venues, or AV rental companies in the UAE.
- Experience with official service centres or authorized distributors for major AV/Lighting brands (e.g., Clay Paky, MA Lighting).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
