Broad Function:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong and proven experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain, identifying new business opportunities with Fintech, NBFC, Small Insurance Banks, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offerings in BFSI sector.
As a Business Development Executive, you will empower leading BFSI institutions with innovative, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions that enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation outcomes.
Purpose of the Role:
To drive strategic business development across the BFSI ecosystem—including FinTech, NBFCs, and Small Insurance providers—by building and nurturing high-impact client relationships, identifying and capturing new revenue opportunities, and aligning customer requirements with advanced enterprise solutions, thereby expanding market presence and enabling sustained organizational growth.
Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
Market Expansion:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across the BFSI ecosystem, including FinTech, NBFCs, and Small Insurance Banks, by analysing market needs, customer pain points, and emerging industry trends to drive sustained growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with CXOs, senior executives, and key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business objectives and position the organization as a strategic partner.
Sales Lifecycle Management:
Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and opportunity qualification through solution presentation, commercial negotiation, and successful deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Account Growth:
Develop and execute account growth and expansion strategies to maximize revenue, increase wallet share, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing BFSI client accounts.
Pipeline & Forecasting:
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking opportunities, updating CRM systems, preparing accurate forecasts, and providing regular reports on deal progress, risks, and revenue projections.
Market Intelligence:
Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the BFSI sector to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and refine go-to-market strategies.
Desired Qualification & Experience:

4-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the BFSI sector, including exposure to FinTech, NBFCs, and Small Insurance Banks.

Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.

Experience selling enterprise or technology solutions to BFSI clients.

Strong ability to engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
