We’re looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying prospects and generating new business opportunities. The position begins on a contract basis, leading to a permanent position based on the performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client outreach and market research.
  • Meet the set KPIs and exceed the sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and keep up-to-date with the records of sales operations and performance reports.
  • Keep informed about current market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements.
  • Meet and engage potential clients in person to create new business opportunities and represent the company during meetings, client visits, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B) in digital marketing is preferred
  • Basic understanding and fundamental knowledge of digital marketing including but not limited to social media, SEO, web development, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills along with keen interest in taking initiatives.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and goal-oriented approach
