The Role

This is a commission-only opportunity for someone who is hungry, disciplined, and serious about building a commercial career. Upon successful completion of probation you will be offered a monthly salary based on performance tiers.

As a Client Relationship Partner, your focus will be simple:

  • Generate opportunities
  • Convert clients
  • Build commercial confidence

You’ll be supported with training, scripts, CRM tools, and clear targets, but success in this role comes down to effort and ownership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, calls, email)
  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings
  • Converting Silver-tier clients using defined offers
  • Managing simple client engagements within scope
  • Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date
  • Hitting weekly activity and monthly revenue targets

Commission Structure

  • Commission paid on new business only
  • Paid on collected revenue
  • Typical commission range: 10 - 15% depending on performance
  • No cap for top performers
