TechBlent is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate and grow business through top freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
This is a full-time, on-site position for candidates who are passionate about sales and eager to build a long-term career in the digital services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms
Prepare and submit high-quality proposals
Communicate with potential clients and convert leads into projects
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
Maintain activity reports and track performance
Requirements
Junior Business Development Executive
Must have basic to good knowledge of freelancing platforms
Strong communication skills with good English
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
Passionate about sales with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the internal team
Senior Business Development Executive
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or freelancing platforms
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
Timings
Male Candidates: Rotational shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Female Candidates: Morning shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
